Physical Fitness Norms for the 4x10 m Shuttle Run Test in Boys

This page provides normative reference values for the 4x10 m shuttle run test in children and adolescents.

The 4x10 m shuttle run test is used to assess speed of movement, agility and coordination (motor skills) in children and adolescents. The test is performed at maximum speed, and it is recorded in seconds by using a stopwatch to an accuracy of 0.1 sec. After performing the test, you need to evaluate each result in relation to the age and the gender of the child by using the tables with normative scores (percentile scores) below.
