I am currently recruiting participants for an exciting 6-week FREE MICROCURRENT PROGRAMME with or without HOME TRAINING PROGRAMME with elastic bands. This research will explore the effects of microcurrent and exercises on body composition and muscle function as part of my PhD thesis in Human Sciences at the University of Greenwich.
