Welcome to this new Strength Project 'Push It To The Limit' 2016. Being inspired by my long-lasting personal record of holding the Iron Cross for 10 sec. in 2008, I am now determined to attain better results and achieve some new goals. Performing Cross, Planch, Maltese, Handstand, L-sit, as well as pushing more than 100kg on the Bench Press, will be some of the challenges I will be taking throughout this year.
