BODY COMPOSITION 2021
Various anthropometric measurements will be taken throughout 2021, and the full data, in addition to the average results for the last 3 years, will be presented in the table below.

The height was recorded to the nearest 1 cm using a height measure, body mass was recorded to within an accuracy of 0.1 kg by using Tanita RD953BK, and waist, arm, thigh and calf circumferencee were measured to the nearest 0.1 cm with the Lufkin W606PM tape measure. Skinfolds were measured by using the Lange Skinfold Caliper to the nearest 1 mm. The body fat % was calculated by using the Jackson & Pollock's equations, and the skeletal muslce mass % was calculated by using the Lee et al.'s equations, which are commonly applied in research.
