The London Gymnastics Floor and Vault Routines for 2020
FLOOR & VAULT
On this page you can find the new Floor and Vault routines for 2020 from the London Gymnastics programme. This gymnastics programme has a progressive regional framework, which provides a pathway for gymnastic development, as well as competitive opportunities for gymnasts involved in general / recreational gymnastics.
The London Gymnastics Floor and Vault programme is mostly directed towards general gymnastics because it consists of only 2 apparatuses for girls and 2 for boys (Floor and Vault), excluding other pieces, such as Beam, Bars, Pommel horse and Rings. One of the main objectives is to develop and improve the most important components of physical fitness for gymnasts, such as Strength, Flexibility, Balance and Coordination. At the higher levels, the skills are getting progressively difficult and are closer to the ones we see in artistic gymnastics (4 apparatuses for girls and 6 apparatuses for boys) on Floor and Vault.
Floor and Vault Routines at each level:
The London Gymnastics Floor and Vault programme starts with Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3, followed by Regional Level 1, 2, 3 and 4.
SET ROUTINES FOR BOYS AND GIRLS
After Grade 3 comes the Regional Level 1.
